Ingredients

  • 50g chicken breast boneless and skinless cut in small pieces
  • 100g radish, peeled and grated
  • 50g wild yam, cut cube (since left over from the last cooking)
  • 2 button mushrooms, cut cube.
  • 3 teaspoon Baby Angel's Homemade shiitake mushroom superfood powder
  • 1 tsp Baby Angel's Homemade garlic powder
  • 2 tsp Baby Angel's Homemade scallop powder
  • 15g corn flour
  • Olive oil for cooking  

Instructions

  • In a blender, blend the chicken breast, mushrooms, and wild yam to create a smooth texture.
  • Keep the grated radish separate to maintain some texture.
  • Add the grated radish, corn flour, and Baby Angel's homemade superfood powder to the mixture.
  • Mix all the ingredients together.
  • Heat a Korea Didinika non stick pan with olive oil over low-medium heat.
  • Take a portion of the mixture and shape it into a flat chicken chop in the heated pan.
  • Pan-fry the chicken chop on both sides until golden brown.
  • Cook with low-medium heat to ensure it is fully cooked.
  • Cut the chicken chop into small pieces according to your baby's age.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Storage

  1. Allow the chicken chop to cool completely before storing it.
  2. Divide the chicken chop into individual serving-sized portions, based on your baby's needs.
  3. Place the portions in airtight containers or wrap them tightly with plastic wrap.
  4. Label the containers with the date to keep track of freshness.
  5. Store the chicken chop in the refrigerator and consume it within 2-3 days.
If you have made a large batch and don't plan to consume the chicken chop within a few days, you can also freeze it for longer storage. Here's how to freeze the chicken chop:
  1. Steam the chicken chop into individual serving-sized portions, based on your baby's needs.
  2. Place the portions in freezer-safe containers or wrap them tightly with freezer-safe plastic wrap.
  3. Label the containers with the date and indicate that it is frozen.
  4. Store the chicken chop in the freezer for up to 3 months.
When you're ready to use the frozen chicken chop, thaw it in the refrigerator overnight and then reheat it thoroughly before serving, you may pan fried/oven/air fryer/steam, different method apply created different texture.
