  • Boil the carrots and broccoli for about 10 minutes until cooked, then cut them into small pieces.
  • Mash the potatoes.
  • Add the cooked carrot and broccoli, corn flour, natural superfood powder, shiitake mushroom, scallop, and organic seaweed sesame for aroma. Avoid adding salt since it's not advisable for babies.
  • Mix all the ingredients together.
  • Form the mixture into a shape that's easy for your baby to handle.
  • Pour some olive oil onto a piece of aluminum foil that will fit in the air fryer basket. Brush the oil evenly.
  • Place the potato mixture onto the foil.pop them in the air-fryer at 160 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes each side. Remember to toss them halfway through cooking to ensure even crispiness!
  • Once they're done, let them cool for a bit and then serve as is or with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

This recipe makes approximately 18 potato circles that are about 5cm in diameter. You can decide how many you want to air fry and keep the rest in a Tupperware container to freeze for later use. They can be frozen for up to three weeks.
This method is especially convenient for busy moms. You can simply take them out of the freezer and air fry, steam, pan fry, or bake them anytime you feel hungry. Enjoy

Common Mistake

Some mummies have provided feedback that they find it difficult to form the potato mixture into a shape. Here's a little trick that might help: Boil the potatoes with the skin on until they are fully cooked. Use a toothpick to check the texture. Once they are cooked, drain the water and let them cool for 10 minutes to remove any excess water. This will help you get a creamier potato texture that's easier to mash and form into shapes
