Ingredients

  • 1 pack fresh kale
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil natural
  • 4 gram shiitake mushroom powder Baby Angel's homemade
  • 4 gram scallop powder Baby Angel's homemade
  • 2 gram garlic powder Baby Angel's homemade
  • 1 teaspoon salt optional

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 160°C.
  • Wash and dry your kale thoroughly
  • Remove the tough stems and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
  • Place the kale leaves in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Add shiitake mushroom or scallop powder and garlic powder to your liking
  • Toss the kale until the leaves are evenly coated with the oil and seasoning.
  • Spread the kale out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges of the kale turn brown and crispy.
  • If desired, sprinkle with a pinch of salt to taste.
  • Enjoy your crispy kale chips immediately or store them in an airtight container for later.
