Instructions
Preheat your oven to 160°C.
Wash and dry your kale thoroughly
Remove the tough stems and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
Place the kale leaves in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
Add shiitake mushroom or scallop powder and garlic powder to your liking
Toss the kale until the leaves are evenly coated with the oil and seasoning.
Spread the kale out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges of the kale turn brown and crispy.
If desired, sprinkle with a pinch of salt to taste.
Enjoy your crispy kale chips immediately or store them in an airtight container for later.
