Sugar Free Banana Pancake

  • 1 Korea Didinika Non Stick Pan

Ingredients

  • 80 gram all purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • 60 ml water/ fresh milk
  • 3 gram Baby Angel's Homemade Green Powder (for added flavor and color)
  • 3 medium size banana
  • 10 gram butter

Instructions

  • To start, combine the flour, egg, water or milk, and Baby Angel's Green powder in a mixing bowl.
  • Mix well until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.
  • Add the sliced bananas to the batter and mix gently to combine.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, and melt the butter in the pan. Once the butter is melted, add a few spoonfuls of the batter banana pieces to the pan.
  • Cook the pancakes for 1-2 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
