Ingredients

  • 25 gram roasted walnut cut them into smaller pieces
  • 75 gram black sesame seeds
  • 10 gram white sesame seeds
  • 40 gram seedless red date cut them into smaller pieces
  • 2 egg white
  • 15 gram plain flour
  • 3 gram shiitake mushroom powder
  • 3 gram scallop powder
  • 1 paper cup for shape use

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 150°C.
  • Spread the 25g of roasted walnut on a cutting board and cut them into smaller pieces, set them aside in a bowl.
  • Cut the red date into smaller pieces and set them aside too
  • Put all the ingredients into a new bowl, mix together.
  • To achieve the shape of these snacks, you will need a paper cup. Simply line the baking tray with parchment paper, place a paper cup on it, and fill it up with the mixture. Gently press down on the mixture to make sure it's compact. Then, carefully remove the paper cup and repeat with the remaining mixture.
  • Bake the snacks in the oven for about 15-20 minutes or until they're golden brown.
  • Take the snacks out of the oven and let them cool before eating. 

Notes

If you're making these snacks for younger babies, it's a good idea to make them thinner so they're easier for little mouths to bite. You can also make sure the roasted walnut and red date pieces are cut smaller, or even consider blending them for a smoother texture.
