To make these delicious kale chips, you’ll need three simple ingredients: kale, olive oil, and natural superfood powder for baby food version.
You can use any type of kale for this recipe – curly or lacinato. You can get it from fresh market or local grocery mall in NTUC, or cold storage.

You’ll start by washing your kale and then drying it thoroughly. Patting the kale with paper towels works。Once it’s dry, you’ll want to remove any large stems and tear the kale up into bite-sized pieces.
Then, you’ll place these pieces in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. You can add as much olive oil as you like, keeping in mind that the more oil, the crispier the end product will be.
Next, sprinkle your desired natural superfood powder over the kale. Some options include shiitake mushroom powder, scallop powder and garlic powder.For adult, you may add abit salt.
Pop the baking sheet in the oven. Bake at 160°C for about 25 minutes, stirring once during the cooking time. Once the chips are crispy and lightly golden in color, remove them from the oven and enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 pack fresh kale
- 3 tablespoon olive oil natural
- 4 gram shiitake mushroom powder Baby Angel's homemade
- 4 gram scallop powder Baby Angel's homemade
- 2 gram garlic powder Baby Angel's homemade
- 1 teaspoon salt optional
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 160°C.
- Wash and dry your kale thoroughly
- Remove the tough stems and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
- Place the kale leaves in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
- Add shiitake mushroom or scallop powder and garlic powder to your liking
- Toss the kale until the leaves are evenly coated with the oil and seasoning.
- Spread the kale out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges of the kale turn brown and crispy.
- If desired, sprinkle with a pinch of salt to taste.
- Enjoy your crispy kale chips immediately or store them in an airtight container for later.
