Red Date Muffin
Ingredients
- 30 gram cake flour
- 30 gram seedless red date
- 2 eggs
- 3 gram Chinese yam powder Baby Angel's Homemade
- 4 pcs seedless red date, cut half for garnish optional
- Little cooking oil
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Take a new bowl and apply oil around the inside to prevent sticking.
- Pour the blended mixture into the bowl.
- Pour the mixture into the bowl.
- You may add cut red dates to garnish (optional),
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and create a few small holes to allow steam to escape.
- Steam the muffins for 25 minutes.
- Once cooked, the muffins are ready to be served.
