Ingredients:
- 1 small hairy melon, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup raw peanuts, soaked for 30 minutes
- 2 chicken legs
- 3 cloves of red dates
- 1 honey date
- 400ml water
- 10 pieces of goji berries
- 2g Baby Angel’s Homemade Chinese Yam Powder

Instructions:
- Rinse the soaked peanuts and place them in the mini slow cooker.
- Add the hairy melon chunks on top of the peanuts.
- Add the chicken legs.
- Add the red dates and honey dates.
- Pour the water into the slow cooker and stir with the Baby Angel’s Homemade superfood powders.
- Cover the slow cooker with the lid and set it to cook on “stew mode” and manually set for 90 minutes.
- Turn off the slow cooker and allow the soup to cool down slightly.
- Ready to serve.
- Use a handheld blender or transfer the soup to a blender to blend until smooth.
